Broccoli with Ginger, Chili and Soy
-Chop up 1 bunch of broccoli into ¼ inch dice.
-Grate a 1-inch piece of ginger.
-Thinly slice 4 cloves of garlic.
-Deseed 1 jalapeno pepper and then finely slice it.
-Heat 3 TBS olive oil in a wok.
-Stir fry the broccoli for a few minutes.
-Then add in the ginger, the garlic and the jalapeno.
-Cook for 2 minutes, tossing.
-Splash in some sherry and a tsp of soy sauce and let bubble for a few minutes before serving.
