Fruit Share
This summer we are offering an organic fruit share in conjunction with The Okanogan Producers Marketing Association (OPMA), a Co-op made up of 6 small organic farms from Okanagan, WA. Some of the types of fruit that will be included in the share are peaches, nectarines, cherries, plums, pluots, apricots, blueberries, apples, pears, melons and grapes. The fruit share is designed to feed 2-3 people and will contain 2-4 varieties of fruit per week. It is $30/week $450 for the season (15 weeks), though you get a little less fruit in the early part of the season and a little more per week in the height of the season.

Handcrafted Cheese Share
The Cheese Share includes a variety of handcrafted sheep, goat and cows milk cheeses by The Black Sheep Creamery, Ferndale Farmstead, Cascadia Creamery, Domina Dairy, Lost Peacock and more! Approximately 1.5 lbs of cheese will be delivered every other week (9 deliveries total, $29/week $261 for the season) in a reusable cooler bag. We would like members to return cooler bag weekly with their CSA box to prepare for the following week's delivery.

Flying Cow Creamery Yogurt Share
Flying Cow Creamery makes yogurt the old-fashioned way: no additives and no thickeners, just milk and yogurt culture. The way yogurt should be!
The cows that provide the milk for this product are raised on a small farm in beautiful Independence Valley, WA.
Two 32 oz. jars will be delivered every other week (8 deliveries $18/week $144 for the season) in a reusable cooler bag. We would like members to return cooler bag and jars weekly with CSA box to prepare for the following week's delivery.

Mushroom Share
Adam's Mushroom Shares may include up to 3 different varieties, weighing (approx.) 1 qt or 1 lb of fresh cultivated or wild foraged mushrooms delivered weekly.
Cultivated varieties: Shiitake, Oyster, Lions Mane, Enoki,and Pioppino.
Wild varieties: Chanterelles, Lobsters, Porcini, and Morels.
Shares are delivered weekly inside your Helsing CSA box.
-You will receive 15 weeks delivery at $20/week, $300 for the season.
-Mushroom shares feed 1-2 people.
-Mushroom Shares are only available for our Thursday deliveries to Seattle.
Kraut Share
Receive 15 weeks of Olykraut's raw, handmade sauerkraut. Receive 1 - 16 oz jar per week. Flavors include Original, Eastern European, Spicy Garlic Chi, and Smoke & Kale. Kraut Shares will be included within your Helsing Junction Farm shares.
OlyKraut is a small artisan company, rooted in Olympia since 2008. They hand make each batch of fermented vegetables using organic ingredients sourced from as close to home as possible (sometimes with produce from HJF!) using time-honored preservation techniques that enhance nutritional value and taste amazing too. Filled with probiotics, their refreshing raw kraut strengthens immune function and supports digestion.
