Cantaloupe Cooler with Honey and Apple Cider Vinegar
-Puree the following together:
2 cups chopped cantaloupe
3 TBS apple cider vinegar
3 TBS honey
-Strain into a measuring cup or bowl, pressing on solids; discard solids.
-Divide among 4 Collins glasses filled with ice.
-Add 2-3 ounces sparkling water to each.
-Garnish with cantaloupe wedges.
