Edamame with Sea Salt and Black Pepper
-Pick the pods off of 1 bunch of edamame.
-Put 1 tsp sea salt in a large saucepan and bring to a boil.
-Drop in the edamame pods and let cook at a good boil for 5-7 minutes.
-Taste one to make sure they are done-you want them to be just cooked and not mushy.
-Drain the pods and let them dry off a bit.
-Sprinkle with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
-Serve warm.
