Walnut Oil Vinaigrette
-Press 2 cloves of fresh garlic into a jar with a tightly fitting glass lid.
-Add ¼ cup walnut oil and a splash of extra virgin olive oil.
-Add a pinch of sea salt and some freshly ground black pepper. Stir together with a fork.
-Add 3 TBS Balsamic vinegar or lemon juice and shake well.
