Roasted Heirloom Sweet Peppers
-Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
-Wash and dry 4-5 frying peppers.
-Place on a sheet pan and toss with some extra virgin olive oil.
-Stir occasionally; roast for 20-30 minutes until skins puff up.
-Let cool then remove skins and toss with sea salt.
-Delicious on tacos or with sausages.
