Pesto
-Add to the following to the bowl of a food processor or blender;
¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
1 clove of garlic
A handful of pine nuts or walnuts
¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
¼ tsp salt
-Blend well.
-Then add 1 bunch of basil. (You don’t have to remove any of the stems.)
-Blend until smooth and creamy.
